Operation Football

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Carroll High School played host to Fenwick Friday night.

We pick it up in the 3rd Quarter all tied up at 21.

Fenwick’s Jake Fessler takes the hand off and goes 65 yards for the touchdown and a 28-21 Falcons lead.

The Patriots come right back with some trickery. Trent Fox goes to Will Severt and it’s the old hook and latteral as he pitches it his brother, Sam and he takes it in for 6! All tied up at 28.

Next drive for Fenwick, a deep ball and nice pass from QB Sully Janeck to Thomas Vogelsang for 50 yards.

That would set up this Field Goal by Fenwick’s Matias Morita and a Fenwick 31 to 28 lead.

A screen pass from Fenwick’s Sully Janeck to the Fenwick receiver and it would then set up this field goal by Fenwick’s Kicker Moriata and a 34 to 28 lead.

Carroll would score late to take the lead 35 to 28 but…

Fenwick slips past Carroll 42-41.
