DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Montgomery County Coroner has identified the woman killed by a falling tree Sunday as 63-year-old Kimberly Short, of Englewood.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said that Short was killed after a tree fell on her during severe weather. The coroner is still working to determine the cause and manner of her death.
After crews arrived around 1 p.m., Short was taken to Miami Valley Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
