DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A water rescue has been called off for what was believed to be a person trapped in a car in rising waters.
The call came in around 2 p.m. Wednesday after a caller reported to officials that a person was believed to be in the car, located in the 2400 block of South Gettysburg.
Heavy rain is causing flooding throughout parts of the Miami Valley.
