San Francisco police officer and five others were injured Wednesday in an officer-involved shooting.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, around 4:34 p.m. officers were called to a business on the corner of Geneva and London.
Authorities say an officer made contact with individuals inside the building and shots were exchanged.
The officer was shot in the leg and was transported to San Francisco General Hospital.
Investigators say, five other people, including the suspect and a minor, were wounded in the shooting.
Police aren’t releasing any information on the minor’s condition.
One patient is in critical condition, another is in serious condition and two other patients are in fair condition.
San Francisco police say the suspect is in custody.
