“The consumer technology association did research and found that one in five moms wants tech for Mother’s Day,” said Suzanne Kantra from Techlicious.

Keep Mom connected with a new smartphone. Many carriers are offering Mother’s Day specials, and the new Samsung S-9 is getting high marks.

“Samsung’s latest model is really more than a communication device,” Kantra said. “You can really use it to control your smart home.”

Help Mom capture special moments with the Google Clips Camera. It automatically takes candid images by using smart technology to recognize expressions, lighting and framing. 

Make your gift even better by helping her set it up. You could pair the device with a phone for mom, get some quality time with her, and make sure that your gift doesn’t gather dust .
