(WDTN) — A popular clothing store is closing all of its stores in the coming months.
Charlotte Russe announced it would close all stores, one day after a judge approved the sale of the company’s assets.
The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February, announcing plans to close some stores at that time.
A judge Wenesday approved the sale of Charlotte Russe assets to a liquidation company.
Liquidation sales will begin at all stores Thursday, with plans to end those sales by the end of April.
Charlotte Russe has more than 500 stores and employes more than 87,000 people.
