DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The man accused of killing a 19-year-old man is formally indicted Thursday.
Key’ndre Hombre Danley is accused of shooting Darius Lamar Jones around 3 a.m. on Aug. 8 at the Northland Village Apartments.
First responders arrived at the scene to find Jones, shot several times, near the rear of a residence with fatal gunshot wounds, according to a press release from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.READ MORE: Suspect arrested in Northland Village Apartments fatal shooting
After the shooting, evidence collection units collected fingerprint evidence from a car near the apartment complex.
Danley is charged with two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of having weapons under disability, two counts of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation and one count of tampering with evidence.
