DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The group called ResponsibleOhio is trying to get a constitutional amendment on the statewide November ballot to allow for the legal use of marijuana by Ohioans 21 and older. We sat down with folks on both sides of the hot-button issue. Captain Michael Brem is with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, RANGE Task Force. Robert Ryan is the president of Ohio NORML; the state chapter of a national organization that says it’s working to re-legalize marijuana for personal, industrial and therapeutic use.

Both encourage residents to do their research and educate themselves on the topic. Brem recommended visiting the Ohio Task Force Commanders Association web page or the website for the Range Task Force for more info. While you can learn more about Ryan’s efforts and group by visiting the website for Ohio NORML.
