Search warrant leads to Dayton meth lab bust

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton Police are working to take apart an active meth lab Tuesday afternoon.

Police arrived at a house in the 1700 block of Eric Drive in Dayton to issue a search warrant, when they found the suspected lab in a bedroom, police tell 2 NEWS.

Of the five people inside the residence, one was placed under arrest for being in possession of meth and heroin, said Sgt. Kelly Hamilton. The warrant was a part of an ongoing investigation.
