DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton Police Officers say they were forced to use a stun gun on a suspect after the man tried to fight with officers Wednesday.
Police responded to the Dollar General located at James H. McGee Boulevard and West Third Street Wednesday morning.
Police say a man was selling drugs from his car in the parking lot and when officers approached him the suspect tried to fight with them.
Officers used a stun gun on the man and he was taken to the Montgomery County jail.
When police searched the car they found a gun and drugs inside.
There is no word on the suspect’s name or if there were any injuries.
