NELSONVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) — An Ohio college is preparing to start testing medical marijuana in its new lab.
Hocking College also plans to begin offering courses on marijuana to its students.
The two-year technical college received a license from the state to test the quality and potency of medical marijuana. They anticipate that they will spend roughly two million dollars to start up the lab.
Students pursuing laboratory science degrees will use the lab for more hands-on experience.
Central State also has a license to test medical marijuana.
