Ohio Benefits system back online Tuesday after statewide outage

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) – The Ohio Benefits system that manages food, cash and Medicaid benefits will be back online Tuesday after an outage.

Residents will once again be able to apply for SNAP benefits, Medicaid and “Ohio Works First” cash assistance starting at 8 a.m.

The system went out of service on Thursday, April 22 for maintenance upgrades.
