CINCINNATI (WDTN) – If you watch for coupons online you may have seen one that is too good to be true.
The Kroger Company released a statement warning consumers of a new scam involving a fake coupon offer circulating on social media.
The grocery store chain is saying the coupon offers $250 off a shopping trip to Kroger but It is not an actual promotion.
In a statement, the company said, “This giveaway is not affiliated with or supported by the Kroger Company. We recommend not engaging with the site or providing any personal information. Our team is actively working to address this issue.”
