CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) – A Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a man reported missing out of Cleveland.
65-year-old Arthur Reed was last seen walking away from his residence on West 33rd Street around 12 a.m. on November 18.
He is described as a white male, is 5’08” tall, weighs 136 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a full beard and was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Mr. Reed suffers from dementia and law enforcement is concerned for his safety.
