Three children were found safe in the Cleveland area after an Amber Alert from Athens County.
According to Pete Elliott, U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of Ohio, 34-year-old Neil Perin is in custody.
Authorities say he abducted his children following a domestic dispute at their home on East State Street in Athens on Wednesday morning, WKYC reported.
The children, 4, 2 and six months were found unharmed.
The Amber Alert went out Wednesday evening and sad the children could be in the Cleveland area.
