No rain for fireworks tonight


Lots of clouds for the weekend with below average highs.  Dry conditions for Saturday and Saturday night.  Fireworks that are planned for Sunday and Monday are in jeopardy due to chances of rain.  Rain in advance of a warm front will spread into the Miami Valley starting Sunday afternoon.  Isolated thunderstorms are possible.

Today:  Morning sunshine gives way to thickening clouds this afternoon.  Pleasant.  High 77

Tonight: Thickening clouds, not as cool.  Low 61

Sunday:  Mainly cloudy with showers developing.  Cool.  High 72

Sunday Night:  Showers likely.  Low 63

Fourth of July:  Showers likely.  May be heavy at times.  Isolated thunderstorms. High 76

Tuesday:  Lots of clouds. A few showers possible. A little warmer.  High 83

Wednesday through Saturday:  Turning hot and humid.  Highs in the upper 80s to low 90s and lows in the low 70s.  Best chances for a few storms on Thursday and Friday.  Heat indices are expected to be in the upper 90s to around 100.
