DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The 18th annual Hispanic Heritage Festival will take over Riverscape park on Saturday.
The Puerto Rican, American and Caribbean Organization (PACO) Latino is hosting the event along with Five Rivers Metro Parks.
PACO Entertainment Chair, Edwin Corporan, joined 2 NEWS Friday with the details.
The public is invited to celebrate Hispanic culture in the Miami Valley with plenty of music, food, and fun to go around.
The festival goes from 11 am to 11 pm on Saturday, with a parade starting at noon.
“All the profits go toward grants and scholarships for students, and charitable work in the community,” says Corporan.
Aside from fundraising, the main goal of the festival is to educate people about Hispanic culture.
