Betty Fields-Owens, 76, was found safe Sunday morning after she went missing from her home on Galewood Street May 12 around 5:30 p.m.

Police believed she might have been driving a maroon 1991 Buick Regal with gray trim and Ohio license plate number ANS3933.

She suffers from dementia and poor memory and may be in need of medication, which is why police originally issued an alert.
