SANTA FE (KRQE) – A man was arrested after drinking as many as 10 bottles of wine, and then getting locked inside a bathroom.
It happened in Santa Fe in the Mangiamo Pronto restaurant on Old Santa Fe Trail.
After the burglar alarm went off the owner went to investigate and says he saw a man dressed all in black inside.
When officers got there they found 50-year-old Trent Pertiller locked in the bathroom so drunk he couldn’t even be interviewed. Police say he was surrounded by 10 broken and empty wine bottles.
Pertiller has a history of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
