Xenia police: Woman with warrant out for arrest turns herself into custody

XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) –  A woman with warrant out for her arrest in connection to a shooting turned herself into the Xenia Police Division Monday. 

Xenia Police issued a warrant for 27-year-old Talicia Dixon’s arrest for felonious assault Monday, May 7.

Police responded to a shooting the 460 block of Franklin Avenue in Xenia Saturday, May 5 at 1:25 a.m. where they saw several people arguing. 

According to police, 27-year-old Talicia Dixon had a gun and fired one round of shots at a man.

Xenia police say the victim is still recovering at Miami Valley Hospital.

Dixon is facing felonious assault charges and is now at the Greene County Jail.
