WSU hosts 2019 graduation ceremony

WRIGHT STATE UNIVERSITY, Ohio (WDTN) – Wright State University celebrated its newest class of 2019 graduates. The graduating class includes more than 2,000 graduates from more than 60 Ohio counties and 27 states.

Wright State awarded an honorary doctorate to Amanda Wright Lane, the great-grandniece of Wilbur and Orville Wright.

During the ceremony, WSU President Cheryl Schrader addressed the students, sharing some of their stories, successes, and future plans.

Graduating students range in age from 19 to 70.
