GREENE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) — The woman found dead inside a car at Huffman MetroPark has been identified.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office said 23-year-old Alexandra Sniezek of Dayton was found inside a car on Lower Valley Pike and Union Road Wednesday night.

The Greene County Sheriff Office told 2 NEWS Thursday someone reported a suspicious vehicle near Route 4 around 11 pm Wednesday.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, when deputies arrived they saw several signs taped to the car warning people to stay away because of poisonous gas inside the vehicle. The signs appeared to have been placed there to warn first-responders.

Authorities shut down S.R. 4 near Bath Road due to the investigation.

Sniezek’s body was taken to the Miami Valley Crime Lab.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the case.
