DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – If you love shopping and Whole Foods Market and you have an Amazon Prime account getting groceries just got easier.
Amazon and Whole Foods Market announced Wednesday the expansion of grocery pickup in Dayton, Omaha and Louisville. More cities will be announced this year.
The Dayton store is located at 1050 Miamisburg Centerville Road in Washington Township.
According to a release from the company, Prime members can place their orders via the Prime Now app and choose pickup options at checkout. Customers can choose free pickup in as little as an hour on orders of $35, or in 30 minutes for $4.99.
After arriving at the Whole Foods Market store, customers park in a reserved pickup spot and a Prime Now shopper will place groceries into their car within minutes. For customers who tell us they are on their way in the Prime Now app, groceries will be ready as they arrive.
Pickup and delivery from Whole Foods Market are available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. To learn more about grocery pickup or delivery from Prime Now, visit the Prime Now website. Customers can also find out if these services are available in their area by saying “Alexa, shop Whole Foods Market.”
