SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) — Voting is continuing at two polling locations affected by a power outage in Warren County.

Warren County election officials say the polling locations at Covenant Presbyterian and Clearcreek Chapel are without power.

Duke Energy told election officials the outage was caused by a car accident.

According to election officials, the voting machines have battery backup power, allowing voting to continue at both locations.

Generators were being taken to both locations to ensure voting continues if the outage was to continue throughout the day.
