Volunteers needed to help clean up Greencastle Cemetery

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Volunteers are needed to help clean up a cemetery later this month.

A Concerned Citizens group is advocating for “community care” clean-up and beautification of Greencastle Cemetery, located at 2015 Nicholas Rd.

The next volunteer clean-up session will be Tuesday, September 18 at 6:30 pm, with a rain date set for Thursday, September 20.

If you’d like to help but cannot attend that day, another session will take place on Tuesday, October 2 with a rain date set for Thursday, October 4.

Following these clean-up events, the First Annual Greencastle Memorial will be held at noon on  Saturday, October 6 at 2045 Nicholas Rd.
