Vehicle swerving to avoid deer flips upside down in Clayton

CLAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A vehicle swerving to avoid a deer flipped upside down in Clayton early Tuesday.

The crash happened just before 4 a.m. Tuesday on Westbrook road near N. Union Road.

Police say the driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries. The driver was not taken to a hospital.

According to police, the driver would not be cited for the crash.

One lane of Westbrook Road was shut down as crews worked to clear the scene.
