RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) — Crews are battling a vacant house fire in Riverside.

The fire started just after 6:30 a.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Bushnell Road near Broadmead Boulevard.

Crews arrived at the scene and found a fire in the basement of a vacant house.

Fire officials say the house was boarded up.

According to fire officials, the house also appeared to be a “hoarder house” with a large amount of property inside.
