Update: Missing Endangered Adult located safe

Dorothy Recker, who was declared missing Saturday, has been found safe.

Cetnreville Police say she was located after a citizen recognized her vehicle in a parking lot in Springboro. 

Recker was found, unharmed, sleeping in the car.

She has been reunited with her family and is safe. 


Centerville Police are asking the public to help find a missing endangered adult.

They say Dorothy Reker has not been seen or heard from since August 17th,

Police describe her as 4’11 with brown hair and hazel eyes.  She has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s diseases and is likely driving a gold 2003 Chevy PT Cruiser with an Ohio license plate DZA 3245.  

Investigations reveal that Reker may have been in Waynesville and Springboro during this time.
