WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) – Clearcreek Township is making it easy for residents to help the Springboro Community Assistance Center (SCAC).

The township will be collecting items to donate to the local SCAC which helps families in need of food and other services.

According to SCAC’s website, “Families who need assistance are able to utilize the center as the need arises. The goal of the SCAC is self-sufficiency and improved quality of life for all family members. Most of the families who are helped are working hard to overcome the challenges of layoffs, single parenthood, or insufficient wages to support the family. All of these issues directly impact the children and their ability to thrive at school and within the community”

The township is accepting donations Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm at the Clearcreek Township Government Center building, located at 7593 Bunnell Hill Road.

The last day for items to be dropped off at this location will be December 20th, 2018. Any questions may be directed to Savannah at 937-748-1267.
