DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Three people were taken into custody Thursday following a shooting in Dayton that left two people injured.
Regional dispatch tells 2 NEWS that around 5:50 pm, one victim was shot in the leg and another was shot in the hand during the incident in the 100 block of Kelly Avenue. Both were taken to Miami Valley Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
An unknown number of suspects reportedly fled from the scene in a tan vehicle. Dispatch says that around 6:08, police saw the suspect’s car and began pursuing it.
The chase ended with a standoff at a home on Forsythe Avenue.
Three people are now under arrest for their involvement in the shooting.
