DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A 16-year-old boy is in the hospital after a shooting in Springfield on Friday night.
The shooting happened around 8:11 p.m. at David Moore Park located at the 600 block of S. Western Avenue, according to authorities.
The teen was reportedly shot in the elbow and was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting remains under investigation.
