The Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force executed two search warrants on Wednesday at a Miami Township residence and a West Carrollton residence as part of a long-term drug trafficking investigation.
A residence in the 2400 block of Rulla Court was raided by task force detectives, as was an apartment in the 200 block of Shawnee Run. During their search, a large amount of fentanyl and U.S. currency was confiscated.
The Miami Township police department, Ohio State Highway Patrol, DEA, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office also assisted at the scene.
The following individuals were arrested and booked at the Montgomery County Jail on possession of drug charges:
- 28-year-old Jamarcus Brown
- 26-year-old Rashawn Arnold
- 26-year-old Matthew Goeke
The matter remains under investigation of the Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force.
Additional charges are expected from the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
