SPRING VALLEY, Ohio (WDTN) – Spring Valley’s annual Potato Festival wrapped up Sunday.
The two-day festival had arts and crafts, live entertainment, carnival rides, a pet parade, and of course potatoes. Some of the potato-themed food included potato soup and potato candy. Proceeds from the festival are used to benefit the community’s library, youth activities, and parks. This was the 41st year for the event.
