Scammers in Xenia mailing fake invoices from police department

XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) – The Xenia Police Division is warning residents of a mail scam that was reported to them by a church in the area.

The church says they received an invoice in the mail from for Xenia Police Division calendars.

Police say this is a scam and if you get something similar to it in the mail, you should not send in any money but instead contact the Division’s non-emergency number at (937) 372-9901.
