RTA riders get free day pass with book donation

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) –  RTA customers could get a free day pass if they donate to a cause. 

The “Read On RTA” program is coming up and the company is asking for book donations for kids of all ages. 

Riders who donate to this cause on Friday, May 25 will receive a free Day Pass to use on any day.

Book donations will be at the Wright Stop Plaza concourse and the Northwest Transit Center from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Books will be distributed to the five transit centers June 4: 

• Wright Stop Plaza, 4 S. Main St., Dayton
• Northwest Transit Center, 2075 Shiloh Springs Rd., Trotwood
• Eastown Transit Center, 1218 Falke Dr., Dayton
• Westown Transit Center, 122 Elmhurst Dr., Dayton
• South Transit Center, 2730 Lyons Dr., Miami Township
