DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Registration for a volunteer opportunity with the Dayton Dragons is full but there is still a way for your to help out.
The Montgomery County Environment Services with the help of the Dayton Dragons will host the Great American Cleanup Saturday, May 19.
Participant will help clean up the the area at Ft. McKinley United Methodist Church in the 3720 block of West Siebenthaler Avenue in Dayton from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The event will start off around with hats, raffle prizes, a chance to meet some players and one of the mascots.
Even though registration is full, you can still help clean up at the event or organize your own cleanup event by clicking here.
Organizers say this event will go on in rain or shine, but to keep an eye out for updates about severe weather on their social media pages.
