Police need help identifying man with warrant for arrest

Police are looking for a man who has a warrant out for his arrest in connection to shooting at Dayton Police Department detectives.

The incident happened in the 300 block of Bungalow Drive on March 19 where 20-year-old Tahwin Herron Jr. allegedly shot at two detectives.

Herron Jr. is wanted for two counts of felonious assault and weapon charges.

Police are asking anyone who sees Herron Jr. or knows his whereabouts to call 911, or 333-COPS or Crime Stoppers at 222-STOP.
