DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A man was arrested in Dayton after police say he was walking around Dayton naked and peeing in the street.
Police were called to the 2000 block of Newport Avenue in Dayton Tuesday around 1:00 a.m. about a call concerning a man walking in the street without clothes.
When police arrived at the scene, they saw the man walking in the street, carrying balloons and popping them by biting each one.
The man was arrested but released less than an hour later, according to the police report.
Police got another call about a man who was walking around naked and peeing in the street around First Street and Patterson Boulevard.
When police observed the man, they found out it was the same man walking around earlier.
The man ran across the street towards the 100 block of E. First Street, dancing and then making obscene sexual motions with his body, according to the police report.
Officers found the man’s clothes and saw urine stains on them.
In the police report the man said he “took off his clothes because he was thirsty”.
Officers said the man didn’t appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time.
Police took the man to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked on indecent exposure.
