DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Miami Valley Hospital NICU patients are celebrating Halloween with adorable handmade costumes.
Every year, MVH NICU nurses surprise and delight parents and staff with their handcrafted Halloween creations. This year’s lineup includes owls, candy corn, Girl Scouts, and more.
