MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) – An out-of-state investor has purchased two office buildings on Kettering Boulevard.

Montgomery County property records indicate that the buildings, located at 3033 Kettering Blvd. and 3055 Kettering Blvd., were sold together on Jan. 7 for $5 million.

A Miami, Florida-based entity called Ipanema Point West LLC is listed as the buyer.

The Dayton Business Journal reports that the properties are two of three buildings that make up the Point West Office Center, and that the remaining property at 3077 Kettering Blvd. remains in the ownership of Univest Dayton Ohio LLC.

The buildings were sold at an auction.

Information about the new owner’s plans for the property was not immediately available.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dayton office is housed at 3033 Kettering Blvd. while tenants of the other two properties include Kelly Services Inc., VITAS Healthcare, and Appletree Answers.
