A New York man is behind bars in Darke County on a robbery charge.
Greenville Police responded to an armed robbery call at Dill Oil in the 400 block of Union Street, near Wayne Street, around 11:15 a.m. Monday.
While officers were on the way to the scene, witnesses provided a description of the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle.
Police arrested the suspect, identified as Anthony Felix from New York, near Broadway and W. Main St.
Felix is being held in the Darke County Jail on a charge of robbery with a deadly weapon.
The incident remains under investigation.
