GERMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) -- A man is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle and a car in German Township.
The crash happened just after 6:30 a.m. Monday on Carlisle Pike between Eckhart Road and S. Butter Street.
Police say the motorcycle was driving south on Carlisle Pike when a car driving north crossed the center line. The vehicles hit head-on.
The man riding the motorcycle, 52-year-old Gregory Bunn, died in the crash. Police say he was wearing a helmet.
The woman driving the car was taken to Kettering Medical Center. Authorities have not released her condition.
Carlisle Pike was shut down in both directions at the scene of the crash.
The cause is under investigation.
