Man killed after RTA bus crash identified

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) – The driver of an RTA  bus who was killed after a crash in Kettering early Saturday evening has been identified.

According to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office, Neal Booher, from Dayton, died in the crash. His exact cause of death is still being investigated.  

Kettering Police say it happened around 5:15 pm on Forrer Blvd. near Pittsfield Street.

Police say the bus veered off the road and hit 2 vehicles that were parked in a driveway before coming to a stop. 

Four passengers were also injured in the crash. Two of the victims were taken to a local hospital. Their conditions are unknown.
