K-9 called to track suspects in Washington Township break-in

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — Authorities are looking for three suspects after a break-in at a Washington Township convenience store early Friday.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a glass break alarm at the Spring Valley Quick Stop Mini Mart on East Spring Valley Pike, near S. Main Street, just after 1 a.m. Friday.

When deputies arrived, they found a front window of the business smashed in. Authorities say two cash registers were stolen from the business.

After investigating, deputies identified three suspects, wearing gloves and masks. A K-9 unit was called to search for the suspects.

There’s no word on any arrests.
