Huber Heights announces new developments at site of old TGI Friday’s

The old TGI Friday’s location in Huber Heights will be turned into two new businesses.

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) — Huber Heights Mayor Jeff Gore announced that applications have been received for what is taking over the old TGI Friday’s.

Gore said it would be split into two new businesses, a Spectrum retail location and a Five Guys.

He later teased that his development team isn’t finished.
