DAYTON, OHIO (WDTN) – Participants in the organization 3 Country Ride will ride their bikes from Tijuana, Mexico, to St. Stephen, Canada, covering 15 states across more than 4,000 miles. The goal of the bike ride is to raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

“The journey’s been wonderful, mostly because of all the people that we meet,” said Bob Hood, Executive Director of 3 Country Ride. “It feels so good to be helping so many people out and hopefully in the end, saving a lot of lives.”

Mayor Nan Whaley met with the group during their stop in Dayton, offering words of encouragement as they continue their trip.
