Firm to break ground on new Beavercreek development

Local News

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) – Around 12 acres in eastern Beavercreek is set to be revitalized by a Dayton-area development firm.

Synergy Buildings Systems & Mills Development obtained the land just north of Dayton-Xenia and North Fairfield Roads early last year as part of a speculative project, the Dayton Business Journal reports.

The firm now has plans to break ground on a new mixed-use development within the acreage in the spring.

A new Dunkin’ Donuts location is already lined up as a tenant, but the development itself has not been named.

Medical office spaces, along with restaurant, retail, and other office spaces are also expected to claim space in the new development.

Additionally, part of the redevelopment of the land will include connecting Lantz Road to Dayton-Xenia Road.
