TIPP CITY, Ohio (WDTN) – The Red Cross surprised an employee of USA Truck in Tipp City with a certificate of “Extraordinary Personal Action” on Thursday.

Ansel Cummings called 911 while performing CPR on a man who collapsed while making a delivery at the facility in November.

“I’m just glad to be considered a hero. I never considered myself to be one. I just wanted to make sure he was alive for his family,” says Cummings.

He said he learned CPR when he was 10 years old.
