Drugs, guns, cash found during raid in Butler Township

BUTLER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) — Detectives found drugs, guns and cash during a raid in Butler Township Wednesday.

The Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force ended a month-long drug trafficking investigation with an arrest on Miller Lane.

Detectives seized large amounts of heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, marijuana and cash. Authorities also recovered two guns.

Authorities arrested a 39-year-old man on possession of drugs charges.

According to authorities, the suspect is currently on parole for aggravated robbery. He is also on probatoin for having weapons while under disability.

The suspect is being held in the Montgomery County Jail.

The Montgomery County R.A.N.G.E. Task Force is continuing the investigation.
