Dragons to be honored by Ohio Secretary of State for contributions to economic growth

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Dayton Dragons will be honored by Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted during their July 25 game.

Husted is recognizing the organization for their contributions to economic growth and overall business climate. Elaine Herrick, Regional Liaison for the Ohio Secretary of State, will lead a pre-game presentation at Fifth Third Field before the Dragons’ 7 pm game on Wednesday.

The Secretary of State is honoring Ohio’s professional sports traditions and the teams, at all levels, who are helping Ohio’s economy grow while providing entertainment to residents, throughout the month of July.

The Dragons host the Fort Wayne TinCaps in a three-game series Wednesday through Friday. Each game will start at 7 pm at Fifth Third Field.
